As a recent graduate of an IT-related degree program, do you want to excel and are you looking for a challenge?

We offer you a 6-month, intensive trainee program with the aim of becoming an application consultant. If you are interested and suitable, you can later develop in the direction of project management.

 

What you can expect as a crossbase trainee

Our trainee program is a special training program for our specialists and managers and is the ideal career start for university graduates. during the six months you complete the program, you will receive intensive training and seminars. In addition, you will gain an insight into various areas of the company and the world of our customers, with the aim of offering you a permanent and unlimited employment contract.

 

The requirements

• You have demonstrated your determination and motivation at a university of applied sciences, university or university of cooperative education. The trainee program is a period of intensive training.
• This requires a healthy level of ambition and discipline.
• You have the will to find the best solutions and enjoy working in a team

The application process

After an initial interview, you will take an extensive recruitment test to prove that you have the potential to become an application consultant and possibly a project manager. Strengths such as logical thinking, quick comprehension and good communication skills are required here.

 

Your trainee program

At crossbase, you will receive a thorough induction. We take the time to train you intensively as a consultant and project manager. You will receive concentrated know-how from our experienced application consultants and project managers on various topics and content. This includes both theoretical and practical topics in connection with customer projects, and you will also take part in internal training courses on project management and organization. This is supplemented by external training in project management or a comparable topic.
